When a plaintiff is awarded an eviction, the presiding judge will set a date and time for the defendant to vacate the property.

If the defendant does not vacate by the ordered date and time, the plaintiff may call for assistance from the Sheriff’s Office by calling dispatch at 260-333-7911.
