We had the privilege of celebrating two inmates at the DeKalb County Jail who graduated from the Q360 Moral Recognition Therapy program which was implemented by Sheriff Thomas in 2024.

Q360 is an intensive 12-week program that includes one-on-one sessions, accountability, decision-making, and other important life skills. The inmates who participate in this program are housed together in a dedicated block with others who are also working through the program.

There are no special incentives, sentence reductions, or rewards for choosing to participate. These individuals chose to take part because they made the decision to work toward something better for themselves and their families.

We want to congratulate these two graduates for their dedication, effort, and commitment to the process. Completing this program is not the end of their work. They will now remain in the Q360 block and help mentor other inmates who are currently going through the program.

We are proud to recognize this accomplishment and appreciate our partners who help make programs like Q360 possible inside the jail.
